Shipping Information:

Standard Shipping Timeframe:

All orders, except custom orders, will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). We aim for prompt delivery, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date once the package is dispatched. You will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Destination:

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can use this number to track your delivery. Please note, our access to tracking details is the same as yours.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned for this reason, we are not responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

A package is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 or more business days for US orders. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the courier. While our typical delivery time is less than a week, replacement shipments will only be sent after the 15-business day period has elapsed.
